I had a fantastic time roaming the beautiful Beth Chatto Gardens just under 4 km away and exploring the rich history at St Botolph's Priory about 3.5 km from the venue, which made my city walks so enjoyable and fulfilling. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more delightful with their warm hospitality.

Breakfast was also disappointing, with a lack of fresh options and poorly curated fruits. This contrasts sharply with the lovely hotel ambiance and friendly staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant décor in the hotel's historic areas, and I found the spacious lounges to be very inviting. The flower-filled gardens provided a lovely setting that was easily accessible for seniors like myself.

A more accessible elevator sign would help tremendously.

The team here really knows how to create a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere. We loved the peaceful parkland where we could relax, and the room was spacious and comfy, perfect for hanging out with dad. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options!

For dads, it would be great if there were clearer signs leading to reception from the accessibility entrance.
